HOUSERULES

 

By making an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.

Please read everything carefully so there won't be any confusion at the time of the appointment: 

 

• After booking, you will receive the address info in your email confirmation;

• The remaining amount can be paid in cash or by card (+3,50);

• The deposit is non-refundable, this fee will be discounted from the cost of the treatment. It can only be used to reschedule once within 4 weeks after your first appointment date.

• If you want to reschedule or cancel, please do this within a 24 hours notice before your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment; 

• For bookings within a time frame of 24 hours, please seek contact through Whatsapp. Squeeze in appointments are +€20 (appointments before or after work hours);

• Please come alone to your appointment;

•  Lashes with heavy residue of lash glue, serum or waterproof mascara can't get lashed. 

• There can't be fill-ins on lashes with make-up or on the work of other lash artists;

• Are u late? Please let me know through WhatsApp! Being more than 10 minutes late will cancel your appointment;

• As I'm delivering a service, there can't be any refunds given;

• If you have any concerns with a service you received, please contact me within 48 hours;

• Removal by another salon will result in the loss of your warranty;

• Divinevibes.Beauty is not responsible if there may occur an allergic reaction, this is at all times your own risk while having a service;

• Divinevibes.Beauty is not responsible for any loss or damages of your own goods during your time at the salon, this is at all times your own responsibility. 
  

 

CAUTION FOR BROW TINTING:

The tinting treatments can not be executed if the following may occur to you:

• Allergic to hair dye (PPD)

• If you have little to no brow hairs

• The skin surrounding your brows is damaged/sunburned

• Having active acne in or around the brow area

• If you're pregnant/breastfeeding

• if you had a chemical peeling recently

• if you have unhealed permanent makeup in the surrounding area
